Return Policy

Ho Smesso offers all its customers the possibility of returning the purchased products free of charge.

We will not accept returns from a country other than where your order was originally shipped to or if the item was custom made or processed after your order.

The return request must be made within 14 working days from the delivery date, and the shipment within the following 14 working days.

To return products, simply send an email to info@hosmesso.net with the subject "Return item".
The order number and all the details must be explicit in the email.
A customer service person will respond in 24/48 working hours to support you in the return request.
Generally the return request follows these steps:
Assistance will deliver the return label to the customer via email.
The printing of the label is charged to the customer.
The customer must pack the products (in the original package or in another package as long as it is safe and well packed).
The customer must deliver the package to the reference courier office (indicated by the assistance and on the label) closest to the address entered at the time of the order.
As soon as we receive the package (usually within 15 working days) you will receive an email confirming receipt of the package and confirming the return.
The automatic refund procedure will start.

Payments can take several days to process, depending on your bank.
It usually takes 2 business days.

Returns Policy

You can return an item:

• if the item you have purchased is damaged, defective or not as described.

After 14 days from delivery, you can obtain warranty assistance by contacting us through the sections on the site.

• If you return the item by exercising the right of withdrawal, the return costs are at your expense.
• Once the return procedure has been initiated, you must return the original item no later than 14 days from the date on which you received our communication.
