Shipping times and methods
- The shipment, carried out by GLS/Poste Italiane with the Crono express method, of the products purchased on our website has a cost of € 9.99 (basic), is free, only and exclusively, for amounts exceeding € 50. shipments relating to the order placed are always expressly and separately indicated (in euros and inclusive of VAT) during the purchase process, in the order summary and, in any case, before the Customer sends it.
- The delivery of the Products purchased by the Customer on the Website is carried out by a national courier to the shipping address indicated by the Customer when placing the purchase order. The compilation of the data necessary for the shipment is carried out directly by the Customer, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in the event of incorrect indication of the data by the Customer.
- Delivery times vary according to the geographical area in which the customer resides (islands, remote municipalities), or the country of delivery (Italy). Delivery times are usually from 2 to 6 working days, they may vary. At the time of delivery, the courier is not required to contact the Customer or deliver the product/s purchased to the "floor". Delivery times are purely indicative and do not represent binding terms. The mere lengthening of delivery times does not entitle the Customer to any compensation and/or reimbursement.
- When the Products are delivered to the courier, the Customer will receive a shipment confirmation by e-mail. The Shipping Confirmation will contain a control number and/or the link that will be used to track the status of the shipment online. Delivery will be made on working days and during normal office hours, excluding Saturdays and national holidays. The delivery obligation is understood to be fulfilled by transferring the material availability of the Product to the Customer or to the third party authorized by the latter for collection. The Shipping Confirmation constitutes the moment in which the contract between MM E-COMPANY SRLS and the Customer is completed.
- It is up to the Customer to check the conditions of the Product that has been delivered/that he has collected. The Customer is advised to check the number of Products received and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or otherwise altered and is invited, in his interest, to indicate any anomalies on the carrier's transport document, accepting the package with reserve.
- The receipt of the Products without reservations, in fact, does not allow the Customer to take legal action against the courier, in the event of loss or damage to the Products, except in the case in which the loss or damage is due to willful misconduct or gross negligence of the courier itself and except for partial loss or damage not recognizable at the time of delivery, provided that in the latter case, the damage is reported as soon as it is known and no later than eight days after receipt. In the event that the package shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, the Customer is also advised to promptly notify Customer Service. In any case, the application of the rules on the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantee of conformity remains valid.
